Privacy Policy
The short version: our games don't ask for your name, email or an account. To show ads and keep the games working, we and our advertising partner (Google AdMob) receive device information, including your device's advertising ID. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before ads are personalised. You can contact us at any time to ask about, or delete, your data.

1. Who we are
This policy covers the mobile games published by Third Sun Games, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Third Sun", "we", "us"), and this website. Third Sun is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at support@thirdsun.games.
2. Information we collect
We don't ask you to create an account or give us your name or email to play. We collect:
- Device and advertising identifiers: your device's advertising ID (for example, the Android Advertising ID) and identifiers generated by the game or our service providers.
- Device and network information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, mobile carrier, and IP address. We use the IP address to work out your approximate location, such as country or city, not your precise location.
- Gameplay and usage information: how you use the game, such as levels played, session length, in-game events and settings.
- Ad information: which ads are shown to you and whether you view or tap on them.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data.
- Information you send us: if you email us, your email address and anything you include in your message.
3. How we use it
- To run the game and keep it working, including fixing bugs and crashes.
- To show ads, measure how they perform, limit how often you see the same ad, and prevent ad fraud.
- To understand how players use the game and make it better.
- To reply to you when you contact us.
- To protect our games and players, and to comply with the law.
4. Advertising
Our games are free to play and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect the information listed above, through the game, to deliver and measure ads. Google's use of this information is governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can find out more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game shows a consent message the first time you play. Ads are only personalised if you agree. You can change your choice at any time from the game's settings, where available, or by reinstalling the game.
You can also limit ad personalisation on your device. On Android, go to Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads) and delete or reset your advertising ID.
5. Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us deliver ads, analytics, crash reporting and hosting. They may only use the information to provide services to us or as described in their own privacy policies.
- Authorities or other parties where the law requires it, or where it's needed to protect our rights, our players or the public.
- A buyer or successor if Third Sun is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
We rely on:
- your consent for personalised advertising and for storing or accessing information on your device where consent is required;
- our legitimate interests in running, securing, measuring and improving our games and in showing non-personalised ads;
- the need to provide the game you've chosen to play; and
- our legal obligations.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Gameplay and diagnostic data is generally kept for no more than 26 months, unless we need it longer to meet a legal obligation. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
8. International transfers
Third Sun is a US company, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information. You can also object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent. California residents can also opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can do this by deleting or resetting your advertising ID as described in section 4, or by contacting us.
Email support@thirdsun.games to make a request. Because our games don't use accounts, it helps if you tell us which game you play and your device's advertising ID. We'll reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
10. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.
12. This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or third-party trackers. Our hosting provider may log basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the game.
